1.Our return processing time

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Thebikelobby.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm (PST).

Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

2.How do I cancel my order?

Thank you for your interest and support of Glovesall.com, we value your shopping experience.

In order for you to enjoy a better shopping service, we provide an online order cancellation function, which we hope will meet your needs.

On the account order details page, you can find the option to cancel your order and follow the instructions.

Please note that the valid cancellation time is 2 hours, i.e. the order can be cancelled within two hours after the order is placed.

If your order has already been packaged and processed, then it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be delivered directly to the logistics company for delivery after they are packaged, and we are unable to perform further operations.

3.What is our Return Policy?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Labor Gloves products arrives.

If you have received the Labor Gloves products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

To return or exchange the Labor Gloves product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Labor Gloves, we will prioritize your order.

Returns of Labor Gloves products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Labor Gloves products should be made within 14 natural days.

(2) Labor Gloves products purchased from Glovesall.com.

(3) The Labor Gloves should be in new condition.

(4) Labor Gloves products have non-human caused quality problems (such as holes, wear and tear, staining, etc.) before use.

(5) All accessories about Labor Gloves (including packaging, package filler) need to be returned together when returning the product.

Please send the Labor Gloves product in its original packaging to 1640 Newell St, Evansdale, Iowa.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

4.About return shipping cost

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as holes, wear and tear, staining, etc.) with Labor Gloves, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Glovesall.com.

(2) If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5.How do I get a Refund?

Cancellation Refund Cycle

When you have successfully cancelled an order at Glovesall.com, the refund will normally be made to your payment account with 1-2 business days.

Return Order Refund Cycle

When a return request is created by your Glovesall.com and you have sent your package to the Glovesall.com return address.

Glovesall.com will perform a quality check after signing for your returned package.

If your returned item meets the requirements of the Glovesall.com return policy, we will immediately process your refund.
